We read the public record of real AI deployments — the stack, the reported results, and what broke first — and map the patterns across each business function: what works, what fails, and where teams keep a human in the loop. Search a specific problem, or start with your function.
Start from a problem in plain words, or browse the catalogue by category, tool, or industry.
Narrow by stack, scale, evidence, and outcome until the results match your actual situation.
Read the grounded cases — tools, failures, numbers — and synthesise the best-fit approach.
Search by the problem you need to solve. Every entry includes what was tried first, the exact stack, and real numbers.
Your verified workflows are your portfolio. Companies find you because you solved their exact problem.
When workflows cite your product, you'll be able to acknowledge the implementation and confirm it's supported — so buyers see your input on the evidence, never paid placement.
Someone, right now, is about to spend €50k on a consultant to build what you built in a week. Put it in the catalogue.
This determines the badge on your entry. Honest selection matters — your LinkedIn identity is attached to everything you publish.
Verified workflows on this platform name the tools used at every step. If practitioners are building with your tool and publishing real production evidence — that's the strongest signal in the market.
When buyers evaluate a workflow that uses your tool, they see your confirmation right next to the evidence — at the exact moment they're deciding.
No auto-bill. At the end of two months, you choose whether to continue.
In early access. The platform is free to explore and free to contribute. Paid help — the $20 Workflow Fit Check — appears only when you reach a decision moment.
Browse real AI workflow patterns, tools seen in production, failure modes, and buyer fit signals.
Publish a workflow you built or used. Add tools, failures, numbers, and source links.
Compare one workflow against your context and get a practical proof path before you buy or build.
Claim your tool and acknowledge workflows that your product supports.
Vendor-confirmed is a label, not a ranking boost.
The V Ones reads the public record of what companies actually did when they put AI into production — and maps the patterns across it. Buyers, builders, and operators can see what worked, what failed first, which tools were used, and what to pressure-test before scaling.
Most research doesn't start with a sales call. It starts with search, AI assistants, review sites, peer examples, and comparison tables — and by the time a team talks to a vendor, much of the decision is already made. At the same time, AI is easy to demo and hard to make work in production, so the useful question isn't "what can it do" but "what happened when someone real shipped it."
That's the gap this fills. We read across the documented deployments in each function and surface what they have in common: the architectures that recur, the outcomes that held up, and the failure that shows up first. Every underlying case is attributed to its named public source, so you can check the evidence yourself — the analysis and the patterns are ours; the facts stay traceable to where they came from.
Proof labels stay separate so the kind of evidence behind each workflow is always clear — source-backed, builder-submitted, peer-confirmed, vendor-confirmed, production-verified.
Workflow structure, tools, first failures, and reported outcomes made easy to compare across cases — not buried in prose.
Each workflow improves over time as builders, peers, vendors, and production users add confirmation.
We're a proof layer, not an audit firm. We don't re-run other teams' results. What we guarantee is provenance and honest synthesis: the strongest available reading of what the public record actually shows about production AI.
It’s built for builders looking for patterns, decision-makers looking for clarity, and teams trying to move from AI promise to production reality.
Tools are everywhere. Proof is here.
Someone right now is about to spend €50k on a consultant to build what you built in a week. Put it in the record — or search what others have already proven.

The V Ones ("the Platform") is a community platform for publishing and verifying AI workflow case studies. Users publish workflows with their LinkedIn identity attached. The Platform does not create or endorse the content published by users.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Authentication is via LinkedIn OAuth. By signing in, you represent that the LinkedIn account is yours and that the information in your profile is accurate. We may terminate accounts that impersonate other individuals or organisations.
All published content must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must not publish:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of content you publish. By publishing on The V Ones, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and index your content for the operation of the Platform. We will not sell your content to third parties without your consent.
The TheVOnes name, V-mark badge design, and platform structure are the intellectual property of Dariusz Urbański. You may not replicate the badge system or impersonate the Platform.
Vendor accounts require registration with a corporate email address matching the vendor's domain. Vendor verification of workflows is a commercial statement — vendors confirm that their tool was used as described. False vendor confirmations may result in account termination and removal of all associated badges.
We process the following personal data: your LinkedIn name, headline, profile URL, and avatar (received via OAuth). We use this data solely to display your identity on published content and to manage your account.
Legal basis: Legitimate interests (community platform operation) and performance of contract (account management).
Data retention: Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@thevones.com. Upon deletion, your published content will be anonymised (name replaced with "Anonymous builder") unless you request full removal.
Third-party processors: LinkedIn (OAuth authentication), Hetzner (hosting, EU data centres), Resend (transactional email). No data is sold or shared with advertising networks.
Your rights (GDPR): Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object. Contact privacy@thevones.com to exercise any right. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO).
If you believe content on the Platform is inaccurate, defamatory, or infringes your intellectual property, contact legal@thevones.com with the URL, your relationship to the content, and the basis for removal. We will respond within 14 days. For urgent IP claims, we will remove content within 48 hours of a valid notice pending investigation.
We operate in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). Our single point of contact for DSA purposes is legal@thevones.com.
We take verification integrity seriously. Actions that constitute manipulation include: creating multiple accounts to verify your own workflows, coordinating with others to publish false verifications, and using AI to generate fabricated case studies presented as real. Detection of these behaviours will result in permanent account termination and public flagging of affected entries.
The Platform's structured workflow data — including normalised case attributes, gap-analysis results, match scores, recommendation logic, vendor-acknowledgement records, and the structure that connects them — is the result of substantial editorial and engineering work. While individual case studies link to public sources, the normalisation, scoring, comparison, and synthesis layers are proprietary to the Platform.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
Linking to specific Platform URLs is permitted and encouraged. Quoting brief excerpts (a sentence or two) for review, journalism, or academic discussion with attribution is permitted under fair use. Wholesale republication is not.
For data licensing, research access, or partnership requests, contact legal@thevones.com.
Paid briefs (basic, tailored, synthesis, sector reports, and team-licence outputs) are licensed, not sold. Each brief is a single-licence artefact issued to the purchasing user or their organisation. Each brief carries a watermark identifying its Brief ID, generation date, source, and where applicable the licensed recipient.
Permitted use: internal reference and decision-making within the licensed organisation; sharing the brief link or a copy with named colleagues, advisors, vendors, or auditors involved in the same decision; pasting the LLM prompt into your own AI tools.
Not permitted without separate written agreement: publication of a brief in whole or in part on the public web; redistribution to clients of an agency, consultancy, or platform without a team or enterprise licence; extracting brief content into a derivative dataset or training corpus; resale; removal of the watermark.
Team and Enterprise licences expand permitted use to all named seats and explicitly cover white-label client deliverables. See pricing for details.
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-published content. We are not liable for business decisions made based on information published on the Platform. Our aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
