Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of thevones.com, a structured library of documented, source-attributed production AI workflow cases operated by Stage2 sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland (EU). The service

thevones.com provides access to a library of documented AI workflow cases and a search over that library. When signed in, you can additionally submit comments and workflow shares, claim a vendor tool, and contact the founder. Each case in the library is drawn from a real, named, public source.

Source-reported information — important disclaimer

All case information, metrics, and outcomes on thevones.com are reported by their named public sources and are surfaced for reference only. They are not independently verified, endorsed, or warranted by thevones or Stage2 sp. z o.o., and they are not a promise or prediction that the same result will occur for you. Results reported by one organisation in its context may not repeat in yours. You must exercise your own judgement, check the cited source, and take responsibility for decisions you base on this material.

Paid briefs

A paid "brief" may be offered at a price of $49 USD. Automated online payment is not yet enabled: any paid brief is currently arranged directly with us and invoiced. We do not currently offer subscriptions, automated checkout, or synthesis briefs. Where you order a brief, we provide it as a paid service under an arrangement agreed directly with you; statutory consumer rights that apply to such a purchase remain unaffected.

Vendor claims and badges

• Claiming a tool requires that you genuinely represent that tool or vendor. Verification uses a work email address and a one-time code.
• Dishonest, misleading, or unauthorised claims may be rejected or removed at our discretion.
• A verified badge is an attestation that a claim was made and verified — it is not an endorsement, review, or quality guarantee of the tool by thevones.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (comments, workflow shares, vendor claims, feedback). By submitting it, you grant thevones a non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display it as part of operating the service. You are responsible for what you submit and warrant that you have the right to submit it.

You must not post content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or abusive. We may moderate, edit for display, or remove content, and may suspend or terminate accounts, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Acceptable use

• No scraping or automated access that harms or degrades the service.
• No attempts to circumvent security measures or rate limits.
• No misuse of other users' or vendors' data available through the service.
• No use of the service for unlawful purposes.

Accounts

You can sign in with LinkedIn or an email magic link. You are responsible for keeping your access secure (your email account and any device on which you stay signed in). We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service, and request deletion of your account data, at any time by emailing us.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any case data. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, thevones and Stage2 sp. z o.o. are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or for decisions made in reliance on source-reported case information.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the EU, your mandatory consumer-protection rights remain fully in force and prevail over anything in these terms to the contrary.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are an EU consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you retain the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law provides for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version, with its "last updated" date, is always published on this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the service and may ask us to delete your account.
